Are there any car/motion sickness treatments/medicines specifically for dogs?

My 7 month old border collie was supposed to be a dog we could take hiking, hunting, fishing and traveling with us, but there is a problem. He gets EXTREMELY car sick. His symptoms include vomiting and excessive drooling. The drooling is the worst problem. When we took him to the vet to get him fixed the vet actually asked if we had given him a bath before we took him because he drooled so much. We have tried Dramamine and it helped with the vomiting but not the drooling we also tried Benodrill (not sure how to spell that) and it didn't work at all. When we asked the vet she said that there are some medicines for animals that can help, but when I looked them up on line all i could find were natural remedies and stuff like that. Are there any medicines made for dogs that I could get at like petsmart or petco or maybe even a local vet?
