If a drug interaction says it's "moderate" are you in danger?

i've been on subutex for a while now and i've been feeling very nauseous today so i took a Dramamine (meclizine). i started feeling kind of sleepy so i looked up on a drug interactions website and it says the interaction between the two is moderate. should i worry? i think i'm freaking myself out.
