I believe that you can, because numerous websites state that the acustrap works only by applying gentle pressure to certain acupressure spots on your wrist. Acupressure works through the pressure it places on your circulatory and integumentary system (skin), attempting to bring greater and more efficient blood flow to the affected areas. I don't think this would affect the dramamine at all, because it is a much more direct-effect treatment, causing changes more in your brain and nervous system than your peripheral regions.
