Acupressure works through the pressure it places on your circulatory and integumentary system (skin), attempting to bring greater and more efficient blood flow to the affected areas. I don't think this would affect the dramamine at all, because it is a much more direct-effect treatment, causing changes more in your brain and nervous system than your peripheral regions.
