Was this a booty call?

he was hanging out with some of his friends (both girls and guys) around 10 and texted and called me to come hang out with them but i couldn't leave the house that late, so he kept texting and calling me for an hour trying to convince me to sneak out and be rebellious but i reallly couldn't get out of the house without my parents noticing so he finally called me and said "fine, you can't sneak out now but what if i drive over at two will you sneak out with me to hang out at the park by your house?" he was going to come alone. that was a couple months ago but he sometimes randomly texts me in the middle of the night (1-2) "whats up" and stuff like that, what does that mean?
